J Bird

Jbird, the name given to me by my dad. A man that was fascinated by God's creation and took time to point out the intricate details of nature to his children. He also loved to capture his discoveries on film. His red camera strap was often visible as we hiked or paddled on family vacations. I am thankful he passed on these passions to me and feel close to him as I remember him calling out "jbird!" as he beckoned me over to look at a new found creature or beautiful flower.
